Before Order Processing

After Payment
Once payment has been successfully completed, your order may begin processing immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.
If the order has already been packed, prepared for dispatch, or handed to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the items after delivery, any available return, exchange, or refund will be subject to the applicable return and refund terms of TEM PETS SDN BHD.
Pet Food and Consumable Items
